So, if you do need to return an item to us, please call us on 0844 504 3160 or email us. Our Returns Department is open Monday to Friday 09:30 to 17:00. Please note that returns cannot be dealt with outside these times. When you call, we will issue you with a reference number which you should put in with the item to be returned to the provided address.

Once the item is received and accepted, we will then issue a refund to your credit/debit card, or refund you via Paypal if that was your chosen payment method. Please note returns WILL NOT be accepted without the issued reference number.

Goods must be returned in saleable condition with their original packaging. 

The customer is responsible for carriage charges for unwanted goods.
